European conference on Innovation in Diabetes (IDEA Summit) on September 18, 2013 in Lund, Sweden

with participants from both academia and industry.

IDEA Summit is dedicated to people involved in translational diabetes (both type 1 and type 2) research. Decision makers from leading European diabetes centers and big pharma, and other stakeholders will attend the meeting.

The aim of the meeting is to stimulate academia-industry interaction and to agree on a couple of initiatives that can accelerate drug development in the diabetes field, and also agree on ways to finance these.

I believe that you may be interested in participating in this meeting. Registration fee is only 100 EURO for academics and 200 EURO for industry. Please note that deadline for registration is June 21, 2013.

This is a great opportunity to influence future European research and innovation infrastructure within the diabetes area!
