Dear Colleagues,
It is our pleasure to invite you to the 47th Annual Meeting of the SSSD meeting in Elsinore (Helsingør), Denmark on 11.-13. May 2012.

The objective of the Annual Meeting of SSSD is to give diabetes researchers in the Nordic and neighbouring countries an opportunity to meet and exchange and discuss clinical and experimental diabetes research.

The main focus of the meeting is the opportunity for scientists to present their own clinical or basic science. It has always been the aim of the annual meetings of SSSD to enable young researchers to meet and orally present research projects in a friendly yet knowledgeable environment. For the symposia we have invited lecturers to cover both clinical themes and cutting edge basic science.

We hope that many of you will be able to participate and look forward to seeing you in Denmark.
