Program för ett webinar tisdag den 24/11 2020 kl. 14:00-16:00 som handlar om diabetes och kardiovaskulära samt renala komplikationer. 
 
Det är en Round Table på engelska i samarbete mellan World Heart Federation (WHF) samt Lunds universitet.
 
Vi kommer att låta olika experter, men även representant för vården, patientorganisation samt WHO Alliance, presentera kort (8 min) för att sedan öppna upp för en allmän diskussion (20 min) då olika stake-holders kan komma till tals, även representanter för industri (Novo Nordisk, Lilly) m.fl. 

 

Detta är i linje med Lunds universitets s.k. Tredje uppgift om spridning av vetenskaplig information i samverkan med det omgivande samhället. Olika conflicts of interest (COI) kommer att tydligt anges.

Laurence Sperling, MD, PhD, FACC, FAHA, FACP, FASPC is the Founder and Director of Preventive Cardiology at the Emory Clinic. He is currently Katz Professor in Preventive Cardiology at the Emory University School of Medicine, GA, USA. In addition, Dr. Sperling is a Professor in the Rollins School of Public Health in Global Health.
